I'm going to try one more time to try and connect, to try and find myself where I am to share the message I need to hear.I'm reaching out to that difficult uneven piece of ground where I reside between a rock and a hard place. As difficult as it is I'm comfortable here struggling to survive. it's what I know.Listen up! I've found the answer.I've been outside myself wandering, searching and there it was all along just out of sight but waiting patiently to be found.I told myself if I want to see I I have to do two things.Stop sitting in judgement and suspend my beliefs. Pause them long enough to create possibilities.Breathe deep and allow the heart to open up to what's imaginable and allow it in.I'm telling myself to be patient because there is no end to the challenges or the possibilities.I'm starting to heal now.As these words flowed out of me, my own particular path to healing leads me to search for common denominators to healing.I've come to understand that there is an emotional component to healing. In order to thrive and be healthy we have to live our passion, whatever it is. We can not spend our life being stuck, thinking we need to do this or that for a reason we don't fully align with.Stress which is caused be being stuck in either the past or the future will make one physically sick. Many illnesses have an emotional component. The path to healing has to face the emotional part head on. We need to forgive ourselves and others, live without judgement, and move on.Stress is part of what made me ill. I had to let that shit go.I strive to live in the present moment so that I might fully apply myself in my endeavors, and have every advantage of having a good day everyday. No more stressful days!Staying grounded helps me do this. Being grounded is being physically connected to the energy of mother Earth.Walking barefoot in the grass, walking on the beach, swimming in a lake, or just being in nature and listening to its sounds.Go outside, eat outside, drink outside and heal.We are mostly water.Drink good water. Don't drink crappy water. If you drink beer or wine, drink good beer or wine.Mostly drink lots of good water.Cheers
